Tiffannie M. Kennedy is the founder of The Probate Law Center, serving Kansas City, and the surrounding metropolitan areas.
A native of Kansas City, Tiffannie founded The Probate Law Center in 2021 with the goal of helping families successfully navigate the often-confusing area of probate. Life presents different challenges for every family. Whether you are helping a loved one through a terminal illness, settling the affairs of your family, or discover you may need litigation, having a trusted attorney to guide you through the process is the goal of The Probate Law Center.
Prior to founding The Probate Law Center, Tiffannie litigated and arbitrated cases involving multi-million-dollar trust disputes, consumer complaints, and auto and trucking related crashes in both Kansas City and Chicago.
Tiffannie has been awarded the Up-and-Coming Lawyer Award by Missouri Lawyer's Weekly, as well as the Leaders of Tomorrow Award. She was recognized as a “Rising Star” of the Kansas City legal community from 2020 to 2024, and has been named a Super Lawyer for 2025.
Tiffannie earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City where she competed on UMKC's nationally ranked Trial Advocacy team, was inducted into the National Member of the Order of the Barristers, and awarded the Terry L. Thomas Trial Practice Award.
Tiffannie frequently speaks on the topic of probate for several local and state-wide bar organizations.
